Navy Lt. Shayna Rivard, battalion surgeon, Combat Logistics Battalion 13, 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit and Raymond, Maine native, explains the most common procedures and treatments performed in the ship's medical area during a media visit to USS Harpers Ferry in Goa, India, Sept. 30, 2013. The purpose of the exercise was to enhance U.S.-India military-to-military relations, hone individual and small-unit skills and exchange knowledge.
