Brigadier Gen. Harvijay Singh, Commandant of the Second Signal Training Center, gives Lt. Col. George Markert, commanding officer of Combat Logistics Battalion 13, 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit, a gift during the closing reception for Exercise Shatrujeet 2013, in Panaji, State of Goa, India, Oct. 6, 2013. The purpose of the exercise was to enhance U.S.-India military-to-military relations, hone individual and small-unit skills and exchange knowledge.
