U.S. Marine Cpl. Kelvin Vittini, an aviation maintenance technician with the Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force-WASP has his chevrons placed on his collar by Col. Andrew T. Priddy, the commanding officer and Sgt. Maj. Stuart D. Glass, the sergeant major of SPMAGTF-WASP during a promotion ceremony aboard the USS Wasp (LHD-1), in the Pacific Ocean, Oct. 1, 2019. The ceremony is a military tradition to formally promote service members in front of the unit.
