U.S. Marines with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force- WASP, observe various landmarks while departing Naval Base San Diego aboard the USS Wasp (LHD 1), Sept. 26, 2019. Marines and Sailors are embarked on the USS Wasp as part of SPMAGTF-WASP to deploy to the Southern Command area of responsibility.
