PACIFIC OCEAN (Aug. 31, 2022) - U.S. Marines with All Domain Reconnaissance, 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit, make their way across the deck of training vessel USNS Atlas as part of a maritime interdiction operation training exercise, Aug. 31. A force in readiness, the 13th MEU trains to rapidly respond to crises in all domain environments through naval power projection. The Makin Island Amphibious Ready Group, comprised of amphibious assault ship USS Makin Island (LHD 8) and amphibious transport docks USS Anchorage (LPD 23) and USS John P.
