Brian Lopezhenandez, an administrative specialist with Combat Logistics Battalion 13, 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit, lays brick with Indonesian Korps Marinirs (KORMAR) during an Engineering Civic Assistance Project (ENCAP) during Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training/ Marine Exercise (MAREX), Dec. 15, 2022. CARAT/MAREX Indonesia is a bilateral exercise between Indonesia and the United States designed to promote regional security cooperation, maintain and strengthen maritime partnerships, and enhance maritime interoperability.
