From a safe distance, MCAS Miramar's terrorist village appeared quiet and non-confronting. Thanks to intelligence efforts, the 13th MEU's Maritime Special Purpose raid force knew exactly who and what they were looking for in the town. The town was originally built by Stu Segall Productions, a San Diego studio, for one-time use. The concept caught on, and the village is now a permanent fix in the SOTG training cycle.
