Range 201 Camp Pendleton became a July 4th holiday as Marines from MMSG-13 and Base Military Police, trained with the MK 141 pyrotechnic devise that explodes in the air with a brilliant flash of light. The flash bang is used for diversionary purposes and produces no shrapnel, but is very affective with sound and flash.
