Roger Parrino, a law enforcement professional with Battalion Landing Team 1/1, 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit and NYPD Lieutenant (ret.) shares with Marines and Sailors of the 13th MEU his experiences as a first responder at ground zero of the World Trade Center during the 9/11 attacks, as part of a memorial ceremony aboard the USS Green Bay, Sept. 11.
